Marina Vista can be found amidst a green paradise whereby guests can enjoy private and carefree holidays. The house itself is built on the sea front with uninterupted sea views, there are two beaches within a few minutes walk of the villa. A luxury residence surrounded by well groomed lawns, palm, cypress and eucalyptus trees, providing a welcoming shade to the summer heat. There is a large swimming pool with pool side stone gazebo, accompanied by a circular dining table can offer good morning shade for breakfast and ideal evening meals.  The front terrace is the idea place for evening drinks and dinner looking out at the bay. The local friendly village Gouvia has good Taverna’s and shops within walking distance.

Four of the seven bedrooms are within the main house, four doubles which are all en suite. The space allows its guests to roam in its spacious, luxurious gardens and stylish rooms, feeling the breeze of the sea everywhere. Unhindered views of Gouvia Bay, Gouvia Marina, the mainland and even Corfu Town on the horizon.
